MY STORY: FROM GOVERNMENT CAGE TO AI FREEDOM
I was trapped
A civil engineer with a "secure" government job at PWD, watching senior officials grind away their lives for limited freedom. At age 23, I became the youngest engineer in the department. While everyone celebrated my "stable career," I felt like I was suffocating in a golden cage.
The breaking point came when I observed my 55-year-old boss managing 500 people, working 12+ hours daily, still answering to 4-5 people above him. I realized: "If I follow this path, I'll end up exactly where he is in 30 years."
I was trapped

Against all conventional wisdom, and with my wife Navneet's unwavering support, I resigned from my government job. No backup plan. No safety net. Just a burning desire inspired by about breaking generational cycles.
When I told my family, their reaction was like I'd announced I was moving to Mars with Elon Musk. But Navneet? She saw the fire in my eyes. She believed when the world didn't.

I started Eduzphere, leveraging my experience cracking 10+ government exams to help others achieve their dreams. In my first batch of 30 students, 18 got selected as government officers. That's a 60% success rate in one of India's most competitive fields.
But as the business grew, I found myself constantly fighting operational fires. I was working IN my business, not ON it.
